What We Collect
- Account info: your email address and a hashed password so you can log in across devices.
- Learning progress: XP, streaks, quiz scores, story completions — used to personalize your learning path.
- Voice recordings: when you use pronunciation practice, your microphone input is streamed to OpenAI Whisper for tone grading. Recordings are NOT stored on our servers; OpenAI processes them per their policy.
- Device diagnostics: crash logs and basic device model info to help us fix bugs.
What We Do NOT Collect
- No location, contacts, photos, or files.
- No advertising IDs.
- No third-party analytics beyond crash reporting.
How We Use It
- To provide the app's core features (accounts, progress, pronunciation grading).
- To send you critical service emails (password reset, subscription receipts).
- We do NOT sell your data. Ever.
Third Parties
- RevenueCat — manages subscription state (email + user ID only).
- OpenAI Whisper — pronunciation grading (audio, transient, not stored).
- Google Cloud TTS — text-to-speech audio playback.
- MongoDB Atlas — encrypted storage of accounts and progress.
Your Rights
You can request to download all your data, delete your account permanently (also available in-app under Settings → Delete Account), or correct any data we hold about you. Email

Children
Thai Language and Beyond is not directed at children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect data from children under 13.
